8. How should pasta be cooked?

Put the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water and stir. Cook according to the suggested boiling time on each HELIOS package or as you prefer, then drain and serve with grated cheese or your favourite sauce.
You may boil it for 1 minute less to enjoy it ‘al dente’.
