CousCous with chicken skewers


  • 250 g HELIOS Corn, Rice & Chickpeas CousCous
  • 300 ml chicken broth
  • 1 large red pepper, chopped
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • Salt, pepper

For chicken skewers:

  • 8 chicken skewers
  • ¼ tsp salt αλάτι
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey



In a large bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, mustard and honey. Marinate skewers and place on baking sheet. Preheat oven at 200°C for about 30-40’. Meanwhile, prepare CousCous. Place CousCous in a large bowl, pour hot chicken broth over it, over bowl with plastic wrap and let rest for 5’. Add peppers, salt and pepper and stir. Serve with skewers and a lemon slice.

We replace central lights with fluorescent bulbs bearing the EnergyStar label.
