Little Daisies pasta with chicken, tomato and basil
INGREDIENTS:
- 500 g HELIOS Little Daisies
- 4 tomatoes, cleaned and diced
- 1 bunch fresh basil, cut into thin strips (chiffonade)
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 50 ml olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1-2 basil leaves to decorate
METHOD:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees centigrade. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and cook in the oven for approximately 20 minutes. Meanwhile, boil the pasta in plenty of salted water for the time stated on the packet. Drain then mix immediately with the olive oil, tomatoes and basil and season with salt and pepper. Serve on a large platter surrounded by the chicken cut into rounds and garnished with 1-2 basil leaves.
